Refunds & Exchanges
All products sold by Snap-on Africa come with a full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stipulated with or on the product. Snap-on, Blue-point, Williams & Palmera products carry a lifetime warranty on defects in material or faulty workmanship, not normal wear and tear.
Snap-on Africa (Pty) Ltd does not offer any type of refund on goods that have been incorrectly selected or due to change of mind.
Payment is to be made in full before goods are shipped. A postage & packaging fee is applicable to goods purchased with a value under R1000 within RSA. (Refer to Delivery Policy)
Broken or damaged products
If the product is broken or damaged when you unpack it, you must let Snap-on Africa know within 24 hours of receiving it. We will make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us and get a replacement to you. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may elect to refund you in full for the damaged product.
Products shipped in error.
If you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, you must contact us the day of receiving it. We will make arrangements for the product to be returned to us and get the correct product to you.
