Refunds & Exchanges

All products sold by Snap-on Africa come with a full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stipulated with or on the product. Snap-on, Blue-point, Williams & Palmera products carry a lifetime warranty on defects in material or faulty workmanship, not normal wear and tear.

Snap-on Africa (Pty) Ltd does not offer any type of refund on goods that have been incorrectly selected or due to change of mind.

Payment is to be made in full before goods are shipped. A postage & packaging fee is applicable to goods purchased with a value under R1000 within RSA. (Refer to Delivery Policy)

Broken or damaged products

If the product is broken or damaged when you unpack it, you must let Snap-on Africa know within 24 hours of receiving it. We will make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us and get a replacement to you. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may elect to refund you in full for the damaged product.

Products shipped in error.

If you receive a product that is different to the one you ordered, you must contact us the day of receiving it. We will make arrangements for the product to be returned to us and get the correct product to you.

Snap-on Africa Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Once you have indicated your selection and you have received confirmation of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option can be accepted.

Delivery costs: Within the Republic of South Africa of R100 for goods less than R1000 excluding vat. For goods valued at more than R1000 excl vat no delivery charge within South Africa, . Delivery to countries other than RSA will be quoted on.

Goods delivered by Snap-on Africa will be via our selected freight company. Allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. If not received by this time, please contact Snap-on Africa (Pty) Ltd.
