Pressure brake bleeders have a fluid reservoir so there is no need to monitor and top off fluid level in the master cylinder during the bleeding process
Using pressure bleeding, the bleeder is connected to the master cylinder; the vehicle is raised once only to complete bleeding procedure to all four wheels
Using pressure applied to the master cylinder provides a smooth even flow of fluid leaving the bleeder fitting into the collection container making it visibly very easy to determine when all air and old fluid is clear of the system and certainty that brake function will be correct
Pressure bleed systems have a higher initial price due to the requirement of cap adaptors; initial increase in cost is offset over time by productivity efficiencies gained from utilizing a pressure bleeding system
